My experience with Avon products is very limited, I only tried several of their polishes and close to none of other stuff, but this one is my old polish love, and finally I got to wear it again.
It's probably some 2-3 years old, and it still applies flawlessly.
The formula is opaque (almost one-coater) super creamy, and dries fast and shiny, similar to some of the best OPI's formulas I've tried. The shade is a nice&bright blue toned minty green, just slightly muted, yet vibrant enough to attract attention. I used two coats, and no top coat. Wear is just as good, 2-3 days if you're not particularly harsh on your hands.
Sadly, I think this is no longer available, and I have nothing close to it, color-wise, to compare.
