Starting the first day of spring with a new, fresh white on my nails. This Avon color was among my latest buys and I needed to wear it immediately. The title Street Beige might be confusing - this is not beige at all, it is an off-white ivory shade, with some gray, and tiniest bit of pink and yellow mixed in there. Very chic and clean looking.
I used two coats that dried super fast, this is after all from a Speed Dry line of polishes. The polish does get thick while still in the painting process so you need to work quickly. And the bottle needs a bit of shaking in-between because it gets difficult to spread nicely on the nail. Luckily, the bottle has steel balls inside so no problems there. Good application and perfect coverage for a nude shade.
After drying, the polish is shiny and I felt absolutely no need to use a top coat on it. Bottle contains 12ml, has a nice semi-wide brush and comes for a decent price of approximately 2,5 euros.
The color kind of reminds me of Essie Body Language, except Essie is a little more white, while Avon has stronger gray undertones, but they're definitely very close. Avon also has better coverage of the two and dries more quickly, so it may become my 'on the go' nude, with a total mani done and dry in less than 15 minutes. Impressive!
Hope you like it and thank you for reading!
