Revlon Popular

Since I have no time to do a proper manicure lately or take photos of it, here is a post from my drafts from a month or so ago. Another of Revlon glitters I've won on Elizabeth's giveaway, a feminine delicate silver glitter in a light lavenderish-pink base. Popular is basically the same as Starry Pink, I found that Revlon has most of their glitters come out under two different names, but I am not sure why is that. Anyway, I never figured something like this could be by my liking, but it is. Not the best of photos but I hope you get the idea.

I used 3 coats and a top coat. This polish is much more opaque than I expected it to be and dries quite fast, so application process is not a problem. Glitters are easily distributed evenly and are of just right density. 

The silver glitters come in two sizes - larger hexagonal and tiny round ones, and they make this look even more delicate, mostly opposite effect than what glitters generally make. It's not too sparkly or attention-grabbing, and could easily pass as a conservative neutral. 

Pink is not usually my color, but this light, ethereal looking dusty pink feels just fine. Must mention that even my bf was surprised seeing it on my nails, and his comment was that it was unusual color for me. That's for sure. 

These photos were taken on gloomy, sun-less winter weather, so excuse the quality, my camera refuses to cooperate without sufficient light. I wanted to show it here anyway because the polish absolutely deserves it. Thanks for reading!
